I purchased this app, it deducted twice and now it says I did not make any purchase.

I have been following Pencil Bible for a while. Great story! App is a game changer.
Purchases esv version
Good just purchased esv version on your app and now the app will not open, totally blank please advise how to fix this.
Functionality
Great feedback from the developer, with bugs fixed in no time! I love this app, and it has transformed the way I do Bible study!!! Highly recommended.
Payment
I was so excited to finally find the perfect online Journaling Bible, I downloaded immediately. I’ve seen CSB and ESV as a highly recommended translations so I was sad to see I have to pay for those translations but I got over it and chose a free option. But what’s worse is that you only get to journal in 10 chapters at most for free, and since i’m not looking to have to pay in order to read my preferred translation or to journal in my Bible I am very disappointed.

I have to pay to read the Bible!? I just wanted to use this as a way to study while I was out of the house but ig not. This is crazy. I shouldn’t have to pay money in order to study God’s word.
Almost 5 Stars
I like this bible journaling app so far…the only thing I would change is…that I wish there was a way to type notes out versus just writing them. I love the pencils for doodling but I do not love my handwriting for note taking and I like a cleaner look. If this was added than I would be a 10/10!
Love the app, but not the paying for versions
I would absolutely use this app everyday as I’ve been looking for a bible app I can draw on but I read NIV and I feel like the word of God should be free and instead of making people pay you could add a tipping option.
