Why is it every time I see money entered into my account and I try to access it I always need the get a verification code, every time I get paid or my pensions go into my account this happens and before you reply that I need to log out when done….. I do that
Don’t like that they charge you a service fee to transfer money. I don’t know anyone else at another bank that charges a fee.

Compared to other banking apps, this one seems like it was designed by a student Confusing layout, glitchy, not visually appealing and the way the banking history is laid out is confusing. Not impossible, but annoying to sift through. Also annoying how many steps it takes just to see my account balance. The quick-view feature either doesn't work, or is pointless. Not user friendly & def a reflection of how this financial institution operates as a whole
It is bad enough that our own Canadian laws are supported by our tax dollars making it possible to freeze our bank accounts garnishee wages and our bank accounts with penalties and interest auction off our property from drumming up fake property taxes because we dare to protest how our tax dollars are spent ! Shame that so many have died to help make us free from tyranny and oppression and yet there are countries that are worse then this ! Imagine again when there was no income tax like back in 1948 ! Consumption tax should replace income ! This would a step in the right direction!
The app is okay but could be faster. Also certain elements use white text on a bright green background which are difficult to read (not enough contrast)

This new update is horrible. Quick view does not work every time I log out it all disappears and I try to reset it and it continues to do the same thing, I even tried deleting app and get same results. Why not just leave well enough alone. Very disappointed!
The new update is so ugly. It is less ergonomic than before, super inconvenient to pay bills now, and displays your full legal name in massive letters across the home screen instead of showing your nickname.
