Good service. Enjoyed casino. Food chose a.re not the quality as in the past. Seafood was ok. Breakfast diner ok except the bisquits were hard and apparently cooked a day or more old. Sports betting hamburgers meat was barely edible.

I been using this app since they switched from MYChoice (which was100x better) and as a preferred member I received no offers which is ridiculous considering how much I play and the various platforms I play on (fanatics Sportsbook and casino is much better) they treat long term customers like trash it’s unbelievable would not recommend to my worst enemy

I just don’t understand why when I down loaded this I didn’t even get the $25 I was told I would . When I came there I didn’t have my id so I was told to do it online it said I would get it but never did. So I haven’t been back. I play at Miami Valley all of the time like daily

Can deposit but cannot download to slot - ridiculous

Through February I could see information about the the weekly drawing in the app. Now it doesn’t show. When you talk to folks in the casino about it they don’t send your feedback to the APP folks. So there’s no way to get this fixed.

I love the buffet it’s probably one of the best buffets I have eaten at food is really good! I like the app like the casino! I really like this place at lot! I do wish the comps were a little better like isle view has free rooms and good comps But I do love Hollywood the games and the food! I haven’t stayed there yet so I don’t know about that. But like I said like the food and casino!

This reward program is a joke. How do u make an elite player preferred right exactly as they are trying to use their yearly comp? Make it make sense. Scammers.

Place bet on app play the slots and my tier point still haven’t goin up an i only got one reward and that’s was when I downloaded the app and now it’s not let me do the careless wallet app for Reward keep say check back later
