The previous edition of this app worked fine in landscape mode. I use an iPad with a keyboard attached, so am always in landscape mode. This version of the app is portrait mode only, so I don’t use it. I’ve been going to the gopsusports.com website to access all that is contained in this app, and working in landscape mode is no problem.

This app, as usual, blows. Try to listen to Steve and Jack postgame. App quits, can’t reconnect. Also not available via Carplay. Why do you bother releasing such trash?

I have NEVER had to sign in and out of an app so many times in my life! This is absurd. App works less than half the time. Trying to manage ticket is so aggravating. This makes me want to give up any PSU tickets I have, just to not have to try to sell tickets, transfer tickets or download tickets. With this many ticket holders, how is this sooo terrible?

Seems like the listen button is broken in the app. Worked fine for the past few years. Disappointed

I can’t ever access my season tickets. Sometimes I can look at them but can’t click on them, sometimes I can click on them but can’t view them, sometimes they’re all missing. For the Bowling Green game, I couldn’t even add them to my wallet until the day of. Constant errors.

Can’t access my tickets because of an error in the app. This is happening to hundreds of people. Fix it.

Need to follow normally expected conventions like when you click on a teams schedule you get past games and results as well as future games dates/times.

I am unable to access my football season tickets through the app or Ticketmaster.

Cannot login or access tickets. Cannot use credentials to log in. Was able to log in with Apple but then get error when try to access tickets. Complete disaster.

Probably good for students but useless for season ticket holders. Constant API error when trying to access our tickets. Have to use the desktop app or a mobile browser. Never had an issue with previous apps and from what I’m reading on social media, it’s a widespread issue.
