For nearly 6 months now online billing has been broken. It does not accept billing information that it did not have a problem with for years. Information is valid but their system crashes every time!

This app is very cumbersome and not very user friendly.

Pay web site is ridiculously difficult to use. Unresponsive and repetitive.

While I appreciate I have to enter this, every single time I try to enter it, it won’t open. Something is wrong with it.

The website is perfect. Very easy to navigate and fast. Thanks for keeping most of us warm.

Constantly rejecting payments for no real reason. Even customer service states that it’s flawed.

I tried paying my bill and my payment kept getting denied for no reason. It finally took after about 10 tries. I’ve had trouble in the past also with payments going through.

I’ve been trying to check my notifications for the last 2 days. Now this is day 3 that I can not access any notification on this app. Is there any way to help with this?
