Doesn’t let me check my account is such a trouble using this app , I tried many times but for some reason isn’t working properly

Not able to login
Didn’t allow me to login with the credentials. I had to call to get my account details activated.
Horrible app. Horrible company

They make too much money to have an app that is this bad! This thing doesn’t load your information when you need it!
Utterly Useless App
What’s the point of an app that doesn’t work? I end up calling customer service .every. .single. .time. I attempt to log in because the app can’t even load the dashboard. Plus I’m paperless, so I never have my account number available. So the call takes even longer than it needs to as a result. It’d be nice if we converted People’s Gas to a publicly utility.
Easy to use
Would have 5 stars if you could auto pay with a credit card or schedule payment. Need to use a bank for those features.

It’s easy to pay my People Gas bill.No more writing checks praying that it reaches my account on time.No more standing in currency exchanges lines.Paying a couple of dollars just to pay my bill.
