Don’t go with Pepperfry for any product. They have the worst customer service. Their chat does not work, it’s all hung up. They don’t have customer service number where you can lodge queries. You have to write email which they respond very late and directly close your request without proper resolution. I’m extremely unhappy and would never ever go with Pepperfry again! Better opt for Amazon, anytime!!

Pepperfry furniture app is so useful! I can't get enough of the wide range of furniture design options they have. The app is super user-friendly, making it a breeze to find exactly what I need. Pepperfry is an absolute joke when it comes to providing accurate product details. Their pathetic excuse for product photos is beyond frustrating. I ordered something that looked one way online but showed up in a completely different colour, and they had the nerve to call it a “slight” difference. It's obvious Pepperfry thinks their customers are complete idiots, just mindlessly throwing their hard-earned money at them. They don't give a damn if we come back or not. Pepperfry, your total lack of respect for your customers is disgusting. Fix your product listings or watch everyone bail on your scam of a site.
