“Perfect World VNG - Fly With Me” is a 3D Open World MMORPG game which is developed by the Official Perfect World Company and published by VNG PH as Perfect World Mobile PH (Pwmph).
Perfect World Mobile brings the original game’s innovative flight system which is seamlessly integrated with the three-dimensional panoramic map allowing players to explore the massive 60,000 square kilometer continent. Players will be able to engage in epic battles across the vast continent whether they choose to engage in combat by air, on land or in the oceans. Facebook log-in not working after the latest update
Unable to log-in using FB. Messaged customer Service and not response as well.
Update failed, download and reinstall again
Ive been struggling to login my account. I followed the note that pop up that i need to download or reinstall it again for many times but it didn’t work. Can you help me? Can you fix this problem?
Major City Lag
I don’t know why but there specific places on maps where you get lag or crashing, like in archosaur city just passing the statue of the arch lords, also in my homestead whenever i teleport is would be so lag life in a few minutes and hoes back to normal after, I don’t know why this is happening because i did not feel this kind of problem before. I started reinstalling the app and other games and clear all unnecessary stuff on my phone just to fix it but I guess, the problem is not on my phone but on the server. Please investigate this issue coz I love playing pw but whenever this happens it makes me want to uninstall the app for good.
iOS Update Delay
Game patch for iOS is abnormally delayed for reasons they can’t explain!

Unsatisfactory Service
It’s very disappointing that developers could not fix minor issues/bugs in-game such as Territory and Void War Sigil Auction through their weekly maintenance. Server 16 has been up for a couple of months now and yet here they are, still not able to fix the issue. Do something about it or you will keep on losing players.
Poor Customer Service
I had encountered a problem during my purchase of monthly card. I reported it immediately to their page and kept me waiting for days. It's already been 3 days and yet not resolved. Like I paid for nothing.
