First things first: the Satel's DEVELOPERS ARE REASONABLE enough to keep the app's support for iOS 15.x family and thus avoid cyberexclusion if those (so many) users who own the iPhones 6sPlus and iPhones 7, which are stoll in pretty good technical shape but not supported by Apple any more (what a shame!) with current operating system's version. THANK YOU for that! The app once installed and paired with the central server does what it is supposed to do: turns the alarm on and off, provides a basic insight into whether the parts of the system work properly and allows to block and unblock each of the sensors, displays basic log of operations... and that's all. No advanced system information that is readily available by the software version for the system configuration by the techs, even though obviously the respective data can be easily shared online. Moreover, the app itself has a very spartan and coarse interface that is obviously adapted from a crude project addressing primarily the needs of security firms' workers that oversee several objects with multiple systems installed. However, if using only a single system, one ends up with practically empty main screen of the app listing only a single item, with all the meaningful contents squezed in the narrow upper 2 rows! Strikingly, the most commonly used operator for turning the system on and off demands additional taps to be accessesible and after that it is sooooo tiny and squeezed in the very screen corner that it is quite difficult to hit it with a finger. Generally, the wireless communication based alarm system by Satel is very slow to respond, the battery operated elements conserve energy and thus they always use several seconds to get connection with the local alarm central; even the stationary keyboards do not light up when entrance is triggered but they need to be woken up manually (!) first by the user, who is unsure whether the system is armed, so the status is finally displayed after a long pause along with delayed countdown numbers and the disarming code can be entered. What Satel says - you can always use the app... If only one has the luxury to wire the property properly with the alarm system - one definitely shall do so for the sake of predictable reliability and everyday comfort. Przyciski do Włączania/wyłączania alarmu źle się wyświetlają na iPhone 14. Poza tym bardzo nieintuicyjna nawigacja - zatrudnijcie kogoś od UX

Co kawałek pokazuje że nie można połączyć. Na Androidzie wszystko śmiga.

Zmieniłem PIN w centrali i ciągle wyskakuje mi brak hasła użytkownika i nie mogę nawet wpisać swojego hasła. Usuwałem i instalowałem aplikację i dalej wyskakuje błąd. Co to jest żeby w takiej technologii aplikacja nie działała skoro zmieniłem alarm żeby właśnie mieć dostęp z telefonu.

Aplikacja nie trzyma kroku obecnym trendom. Integracja z 3rd parties nie możliwa.
