I bought the beer machine and a keg.for Xmas he loved it.and quick delivery

Easy to set up. Lots of YouTube videos if you get stuck. I cooled my keg down one day before, it took the machine less than 30 minutes to bring to 3 degrees. Looking forward to lots of great beer. Would highly recommend

I ordered a Perfect Draft Pro machine which was delivered on the 25th November but was DOA. I contacted the company and can’t get anything resolved from the company (it’s now the 11th December). Their website doesn’t list a telephone number, they do list a ‘live chat’ option but it doesn’t work, so your only option is raising a ticket via their website and then waiting for weeks on end for some kind of response. Awful customer service.

The Perfect draft app is just great, it lets you keep an eye on all the latest offers and new releases. It also provides information on all aspects of my account.

I had machine bought for me as a present.. Ever since first using machine it’s produced far too much froth/head.. After contacting customer services, machine went back to Phillips for repairs.. Machine returned the following week… The handle was missing from my machine… Even 2 weeks after contacting Phillips, my handle still hasn’t been returned/replaced.. My machine is now producing even more froth/head .. Not impressed.. Another £50 wasted
