App does not track properly and crashes
This app does not track properly. I had tracked diapers one day, and then they showed up on every day, even days that hadn’t happened yet. The app also gives error codes while trying to log items. Definitely needs updating.
App does not work
Downloaded the app as it was highly recommend by our nurse, however it does not even open!
Cannot open app
Just downloaded and signed up via gmail. Press app on phone and it doesn’t open.
Videos have no sound
The app is useless. Most of the app consists of videos, and as other reviews have mentioned, none of them have audio. I see some reviews mentioning that from over a year ago. It is crazy that it has not been addressed, and even more so that this is still being recommended in by doctors and nurses to new parents.
Can’t even use
This app came highly recommend by our nursing team however we can’t even use it. As soon as I open my profile the app crashes, totally unusable 👎🏻
Always freezes on start
I can never access the app because it always freezes as soon as I open it. I’d love to read the info but it’s completely inaccessible!
Dumb decisions made
1. Why would you bind this to one download?? Two parents = two phones! 2. Why are you even limiting this at all??? Arent you trying to help people? Arent you publicly funded? So you dont want people who need help to access your app unless the go through a specific channel? 3. Im halfway certain you are mining the data from the tracking portion of the app so why not make a cloud based database and have multiple devices be able to access the same data? Seriously, if you make better decisions, you will get better results.
Dumb code policy
Can we have a code that works for 2 accounts? Usually babies have 2 parents. This information is really helpful for both parents, specially when they take turns with the baby. At least sell it.
Metric system would be nice.
Metric system would be nice as this app is recommended by Canadians hospitals.
