Period Tracker: Monthly Cycles

I’ve been using this app for at least 4 years and loving it!

This app works good but from time to time the app logs you out and wipe out all your data and then it lets you log back in with all the data you have put in is wipe out. I don’t know no other app that does this. This is So annoying I’m actually not gonna use this app again until someone fix this issue .

I’ve been using this app for years. It’s the only place I record my cycle information. My husband and I are in the process of TTC, so knowing my cycles is really important and it just deleted all of my data and has no record of my account. Review: December 2024

I’ve started using this app about & years ago, and so glad I did. Now that I turned 50, and skipped a cycle I can go back over the years to see if I see pattern. Keeping track of my cycles has helped identify if I’m in perimenopause, ovulation regularity. I had one issue an update occurred and lost some of my data but was able to recover in the settings. Has symptoms tracking, and flow tracking. There are extras for a fee but I use the free version and have been very happy.

Like many others, years of my data is lost. I tried to restore, but it did’t work. Don’t the people behind these apps know how important this data is to women? It’s not just numbers. I’m beyond disappointed. Do not use this app.

Several times I’ve lost my info and then restored it. Not this time, try to restore several times and only got data from the first 2 years. All my info, gone!

I’ve been religiously using the free version of this app for about 4 years now. Very easy to use, accurate timing, and I like the design

I’ve had this app since about 2015, and it keeps deleting all my data! In the past year alone it has deleted all my logs and everything else about 2-3 times now. And there is no way I have found to get the information back. I would not recommend to use this app, because it keeps deleting everything.

I’ve been using this app for years without fail. Recently it’s been giving me issues by completely resetting and I have to restart my log. It’s a pain because I’m getting older and my period is starting to fluctuate and I had notes saved for my doctor. All that is gone. Guess it’s time to get a new tracker app.

I have been using this app for over 8yrs. I know sometimes with the updates it will delete your data but if you go to settings and select restore data it will bring everything back. However this last update it is not allowing me to restore my data and I have know lost 8yrs worth of tracking my cycle and all of my notes. What is going on? How can this be fixed? This is very frustrating, I need that information.
