I emailed support 3 days ago about deleting my account but they haven’t replied. 👍 Edit: seriously, I tell you I sent you an email and you tell me to message on Facebook instead? Just reply the email ffs. (I’ve deleted my FB acc.)

Was required to set up using mobile number. Mobile data connection was stable. However, when I was instructed to verify using the code which would be send via sms. It was not send to me. I’ve tried multiple time waiting for the sms number but did not receive it. Inefficiency in the system.

Changed my mobile number and couldn’t log in. Ca resolved for me very promptly via Facebook. I like the app consolidating all my memberships. Wish more companies are on board so it’s easier for me.
