I was trying to sign in and it kept closing out and it was getting annoying. I really wanted to use the services too.

I was trying to sign in and it kept closing out and it was getting annoying. I really wanted to use the services too.
I didn’t need the meal plan. I just want to be able to manage my subscription where I can skip or pause my shipping or just reassess my health needs so I can update my vitamins. Before I know where I can do all these but now it’s nowhere to be found. I like that we are able to track our intake but I really would like to focus on the vitamins. I hope there is an option to just pick what you want to see on your own app and maybe a walk-through how to navigate the new one. It looks completely different from the simpler and straightforward previous one.
App is not very user-friendly. I can’t even figure out how to re-order my vitamins.
I like this app for updating your ordering. But it would be really nice if it would integrate into Apple Health. Also I hate the fact that you get pop up notifications to log taking them but you only can get to that “log” through the notification. There is not way to get to it by going into the app directly. How does that make sense??
Your app use to be easier to manage, and while it looks fancier, the ability to see previous orders, to get ahold of or resolve issues with your customer service and to make changes to my subscription in the app is complicated — and I work in tech. Understanding apps and technology is my thing. You got rid of really good aspects of your app and didn’t make up for it with your update. It’s why I don’t order anymore. I can’t even update my packs how I’d like!
I love being able to keep up with my account via app instead of web, BUT the app is very sluggish… it takes forever for anything to load and half of the supplements won’t even expand for you to see the information on then, the app just freezes.. I would like to be able to use the app, but those things definitely need to be fixed

The latest update has introduced a bug where the app won’t remember your login.
Don’t enter a credit card, they save it with no option to remove the card and no option to unsubscribe without calling and talking to a salesman. That’s shady business.
1. product: I love their products and how it comes in packs ready to take. I would’ve continued being a customer if it wasn’t for the lack of knowledge or help from their customer service. 2. Customer service issues: Issue 1: I used Persona about 2 years ago or so. I paused my subscription and wanted to restart. The price of the vegan pill when checking-out was the same price I previously paid. However, I stoped checking-out and decided to go back and change a few things in the pack. Once done I went back to the check-out screen and the price of the vegan pill changed to a higher price. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they can do because that is the new price. I try to explain at check out since I was a previous customer the price remain the same and the change didn’t happen until I made changes to the pack. However, there was nothing they could do at this point and I would have to pay the new higher price. So I decided not to go through with the purchase. I wouldn’t mind paying the higher price for the vegan pill if this was the price when first checking out. But the price changed to the vegan pill after making changes to the pack. If I didn’t make those changes I would’ve paid the previous, lower price for the vegan pill. Issue 2: Time passed and this year I decided to give them a try again since I do like their vitamins and how it comes in a pack. However one of the pre-selected vegan options included probiotics and I did not need probiotics.I contacted customer service letting them know I tried adding the pre-selected vegan pills separately since I did not need a probiotic. However, some of the pills were not available for me to select individually. Customer service suggested something that I already tried, did not work, and I already stated to them in my email. I replied stating I already tried their suggestions and stated the problem again, differently incase my first explanation was difficult to understand. Agin no help! I wasn’t able to make those changes. So I deleted the app and will not be using persona at all, because their customer service is absolutely no help. 3. App: I completed the survey on the app. Later, I logged in from my computer and the survey along with the suggested options on the app were not available on the computer. I had to retake the survey. Then the survey continued not working and I had to take it three times. Also the results were different on the app then what was on the computer,
