Feeder work well and camera as well , however when you buying it you are not explicitly if at all informed that you need to buy a subscription for usage of the camera which I found very not client oriented and simply a lie

The program is difficult to use and then a subscription is needed for the video camera. Not consumer friendly at all. Very disappointed

Annoying to have paid so much for a premium product and then be expected to pay a monthly fee to maintain all functions. The app is clunky and has lots of irrelevant widgets if you just have the one device (I have the feeder). The notifications are intrusive. The free version gives you one low-res snapshot still image of your pet eating, and the screen is full of ‘upgrade’ plugs. So annoying.

There are many additional features this feeder could have but they don’t seem to be interested in moving it forward. Features like Multiple schedules for when you are home and away The ability to enable and disable additional feeds within the daily schedule rather than just a blanket disabling/enabling a complete day or having to manually give an additional treat feet

This really is amazing saves time and removes the smell. Cannot find anything wrong with this

I don’t know what I would do without my dry dispenser and water filter, if my travel is delayed or I have an unexpected overnight business stay, I am so reassured that Robinson will always have fresh food and water and at regular times, this is so reassuring for me and also for his routine. It is a game changer and I would not be without it.

This is wonderful. Both cats are happy to use it. Although one still goes outside if it’s not raining. My older cat no longer likes to do her business outside. So far it is working well. I top up the litter when it needs it, change the disposal bag when it’s full (normally around once a week, this is with light use from a small cat)and have done a deep clean after 2 months. No problems with app. All working perfectly fine. It really does save a lot of hassle if you can afford it.

This is great, it’s so easy to use and I know my cat is getting fed at regular times and its simple to clean. The app gives me regular status updates. It couldn’t be simpler.

Very easy to set up and keeps me informed of everything I need to know ie how many time my cats drink when the filter needs changing and when the water is low

Spent hours trying to get the air purifier to work alongside the PuraMax it’s ridiculous!
