Nothing gets updated from my or the company’s end— even when you edit and save it. I’ve tried to correct my pet’s age multiple times and it continues to default to 0-1 yrs meanwhile he’s 10. Forget about updating/editing your vet info!
Plus, the statuses of the orders are never UTD on the app- it is way better and faster to use the website, imo.
Can’t see my orders
My prescriptions aren’t showing up in my profile, I can’t see any of my past orders. Please fix this so it makes reordering prescriptions easier.

This app use to be good! Now it’s garbage. It will not let you delete pets that have passed away. It still shows all my orders open (even when we receive our item), it doesn’t allow you to track your order due to the order stating open.
I have called customer service and they are zero help! This app is now useless and not accurate!!!

Horrible App
Doesn’t update from website. Orders shipped & delivered remain “open” on the app. I had to put one of my boys down and deleted them off my profile on the app…he still shows, but not on the website version. Deleted app because I don’t want the reminder.
Get a better QA on your app development!!!!

I've been a loyal customer of PetMeds for quite some time, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Over the past few months, they've been supposedly "updating their system," yet my orders keep getting lost in the process. Despite having refills on prescriptions, their system often shows otherwise, leading to unnecessary hassles and delays in getting my pet's medications.
Their AutoShip feature, which is meant to make things convenient, has become a nightmare to deal with. I constantly find myself having to call them to sort out issues, ranging from missing medications to incorrect refill information. It's not just a minor inconvenience; it's potentially dangerous for my pet's health when she doesn't receive her medications on time.
The lack of communication from their end is appalling. Despite reaching out multiple times to address these issues, I've received little to no resolution. It's as if they couldn't care less about their customers' concerns. As a pet owner, trusting a company with my pet's health is paramount, and PetMeds has failed miserably in earning that trust.
Overall, my experience with PetMeds has been a series of letdowns, frustrations, and concerns for my pet's well-being. I can no longer rely on them for consistent and reliable service. It's time to look elsewhere for a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and takes pet health seriously.
Doesn’t work
On multiple occasions I’ve tried to access my orders so I can re-order and the app just never works. I always have to wind up calling and then I have to wait on hold and listen to very annoying advertisements and irritating music. Thinking about taking my business elsewhere
What’s going on with this app?
This app used to work well. For several months now it closes, doesn’t show order history and sometimes after a search, it will pop up an ad and there is not a way to get out of it. (Hill’s). (I have even deleted & reinstalled).
After placing the order it gave an error about the medication /cart, yet it charged my bank account. Last months order still shows in a pending status, but I received it.
Now I’m on hold to confirm this months order actually will ship. Very clunky, time consuming and not worth it. Super frustrating.
Worlds worst app
The app crashes continuously, never accepts my payment, and randomly logs me out all the time. Way better to just go on the website. I am deleting this app now.
Needs updating
This app has gone downhill! It has added our pets that have passed away 18 years ago! We never had this app back then, so I’m not sure how they have all of our pets names from that long ago! Freaky!!!!
It will not let me delete them! And now when I order something, it states the order is open. However, I just received the order yesterday!
Please fix your app!!! Update it! There are so many bugs in it and it’s frustrating!!!

Wednesday 2/7 we placed an order on the website. They have yet to ship the order and every time we talk to them we get a different answer about the status.
Saturday 2/10 they tell us it will be shipped Monday.
Monday 2/12 they tell us they are waiting for approval from the vet who approved it on Thursday 2/8 AND Saturday 2/10. Now they claim it will shipped Tuesday 2/13.
It will be over a week before we get the medicine because this company is run by morons who clearly despise pets or pet owners.
If you love your pets take your business elsewhere.
