not connecting to camera
They have a good customer support, they try to help and asking every time. but they couldn’t fix the connection issue. How could be difficult that to fix that i don’t know. One of my problem is; - network is unavailable. I reset the camera as requested. Noting was changed. I turned of the camera, Nothing changed. I unplugged the camera 1min and plugged in back None of them solved the problem. If you have any suggestions beside Resetting the camera till “Di” sound, Please let me know.
