The app starts then shows bottom text of cookie use, analytics use, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, but there is no way to dismiss or scroll the page. This makes the app unusable.

The app can only be used to order now. There is no way to look up your rewards number or see your reward status. Today the website is down so I can’t find my rewards number to get credit!!!

I agree with eSharp7. This app is NO longer useful. It’s just a way to order. Does NOT show my rewards or allow me to use for redeeming rewards in restaurant. So I have to sign in on a computer, check my rewards, & then a copy to take into restaurant (just in case server can’t find my account or has misinformation when I try to use a reward) App does not even show my reward account ID number. Deleting app now!!

I LOVE P.F. Chang’s! I just hate how the updated app does not show me my rewards

Bad experience might be due to it was a bad day for the chef as well as takeout waitress or something, P.F. Chang’s in NewBraunsfel Tx didn’t have any utensils and I ordered a beef broccoli plate, Broccoli was raw

Can’t view the menu Can’t make a reservation - click on “Reservations” and it takes you to an otherwise blank page on a “forbidden” website… Can’t see my rewards What’s the point of this app?? AND MORE REASONS WE RARELY GO ANYMORE (these didn’t influence my 1 star review - the app earned that all by itself since they’ve ruined it!) They no longer accept ApplePay! They no longer have the appetizer sampler which we used to order EVERY time They no longer have the delicious apple cinnamon desert Prices have gone WAY WAY WAY up

Deleting app to get rid of notification dot. Constantly shows new notification when there is none.

Stuck tipping prior to getting something wrong in 8 out of 10 orders.
