PGMall Seller

After a week, baru keluar AIRWAYBILL, before that I asked seller support named IZZATI, she only give me link to refer. Hello, i already posted out the item, stupid. Everytime I whatsapp, she will not anwering all question and keep ghosting me. There was one time she said she was on MC, like what the hell u guys only got 1 seller support???? I called official number, they giving me bunch of phone number, guess what, THEY ARE NOT SELLER SUPPORT!!! Sometimes reply to question, sometimes not. I cant login at first, i message few days baru dapat respond itupun lembab, everytime asking for email then hilang again without any further respond. No email was send to recover my “suddenly-cannot-login-account”. Worst, stupid and wasting time with this platform.

I love to sell& buy here,but when i try to add new product, the system always stuck & jammed...waste of time as to re add the info again & again...please improve the seller aps...thanks...

Create acc but cannot log in. Can slove it?

Tolong la fix kan apps seller. Dari apps seller ke apps shopping sama-sama susah. Dia punya kena sabar, tak tau la macam mana. Nak download airwaybill pun susah. Macam mana nak ship? Please fix it asap or we as seller will leave your platform!

It’s not stable. Sometimes can log in and sometimes not. Also when add new product thru apps. It’s variations category must set, even ur product only have one variant. It does allow to submit without variations setting. Please improve on seller apps. Tq.

My order not display info consistently. Most of the time is empty.

Why i cant log in? Not allow me to sell here ke? :(

Just installed on 21/6/2021. Cannot click edit on variation cuz i dont have any variation, i want to delete but cant. And cannot put point in weight as my product is 0.100 gram

Order status was not in correct place. After customer placed order, it put in To Pay. After shipped, its gone. Cannot see the order status. Completed order, it shows at shipped. Should be at complete. PG Mall please update your apps accordingly. Thanks.

So sad, trying to sell something on PGMall.. done registered but failed to login. Done delete apps and redownload but still the same. Haaaaaaah shopee also the best!
