Pharmacist's Letter

App keeps redirecting to website and freezing up the screen. Don’t waste your time and try to do CEs on a laptop instead.

Please fix this app. It crashes all the time, requests to login despite being logged in, extremely slow to respond and lots of other issues. Wish could give a zero star. Please fix the app and make the app just as fantastic as the content.

PL is okay, but app is horrible. Very unstable and unprofessional looking. Was fine a few years ago before they changed it.

The app doesn’t pull up the password from iPhone’s Passwords. You select the right one, but it doesn’t fill it in. Can you guys fix this? On the app and on the computer website, I’m always getting prompted to log in so many times. Can you fix that too please? Your website and app are slow too, but the information is top notch.

The person who designed the app must be bottom tier developer from a third world country. App crashes all the time, clicking on the button more than one time causes the app to crash. Keeps asking for log in information randomly. Also, it is hard to navigate between Ce. This app works the way apps did in 2001 where it just lags and crashes and praying is the only to get success.

It doesn’t need to look pretty (it already doesn’t) but at the very least it needs to work (it rarely does). Half of the content fails to load a good majority of the time, menus are obfuscated due to poor formatting, logging in or resetting passwords is more complicated than it needs to be, the list goes on. Nothing has changed with this app over the past decade and I doubt it ever will.

Need to do better Pharmacist Letter. The menus and searching is horrific.

I can’t login on the most updated app version. Please fix it!

The app no longer allows you to do CEs or even click on anything. It just gets stuck. Completely useless after the last update.

Would be great if this app would actually work and provide same features as the website. However, I am not even able to login to the app to my account even though the website works fine 😕🙄
