requires registration to SEE YOUR OWN MEDICAL DATA!!! Avoid contec devices

Unable to open app, will not give captcha to enter when trying to register. Tried regustering by cell# and tried by email, nothng sent to confirm. Better prodycts with better support elsewhere

Can’t register

I purchased the Contec Portable ECG Monitor. App no longer works to show results of abnormal ECG. App says preparing report and to check back in 2 minutes but never prepares the report or the ECG printout. Total waste of money buying the Contec hardware.

It boots up most of the time. Beyond that, very little functionality.

It asks for a captcha but doesn't give a photo captcha to type in. Also the QR Reader won't scan the code on my product box at all. This is a $50 piece of equipment with a useless app. The invisible "button" at the log in screen that asks to scan the QR code says "click hear" instead of "click here". A bunch of dumb twats made this app and my 6 yr old god daughter could probably do better.

I don't have the device yet, but I wanted to make sure the app worked first. I was able to register, and now the app seems fully functional. The first problem is that you can't leave the app to check the captcha text, or it restarts completely. When I got back in the same captcha still worked, so that's just inconvenient. Once you submit, it tells you the password is the last 6 digits of the phone number. What it doesn't tell you: the 10 digit phone number is your USERNAME. You probably won't be able to complete registration, but now you can log in with the phone number as username. I hope this saves someone from a rage-induced cardiac event.

Very frustrating registration process. Tried to input weight and app froze so I deleted and reinstalled app and now can't register because it says my phone is already registered and tells me to log in with no existing user name because I never had the option to pick one yet...I have a password but no username and their is no link to reset username.

Scanned box, doesn't work. Can't get ap to work without it. Please help.

I've been working on trying to register for more than hour and keep running into problems. Don't know if I will ever get to use app. The device is not user friendly so expectations of app are low.
