Don’t ignore this message Recently I faced many problem in your pw apps.. 1.)Regarding worst doubt faculty: Faculty teacher for doubt are not giving reply to many doubt despite being such doubt was related to the topic and doubt was clear.. I got reply in some doubt but that was the wrong and many of them misunderstood the doubt… 2.)Regarding your system: Many time when I was asking doubt or commenting, I got a message by ur system that “You are using prohibited words please avoid otherwise you will block permanently”. Today also it was same, but I continuously clicked submit button bcoz I know that there are no any prohibited words but worstly I blocked,that not matters for me..Matter is that why I blocked despite being not using any prohibited words.. Why I was getting the warning that you will block…. 3.) Mental Harassment: Due to this some may feel mental harassment.. Make a changes in your system and don’t give any excuses like ,”…………there may be this factor for…..” I also respect your privacy and community rule. But why to trouble someone that didn’t do anything… Reply me again in this mail

Bad experience

The DPP solutions for Physical Chemistry in the Yakeen 3.0 2025 batch are the worst. Teachers from various batches in Yakeen and others, apart from our Physical Chemistry teacher, Mr. Deepak Vasisth, are providing the DPP solutions. However, this approach is causing a lot of problems for students. The issue is that multiple teachers are solving DPPs, and their methods are confusing and time-consuming, as if they’re delivering actual lectures. This demotivates us. We’ve been requesting Mr. Deepak Vasisth for ages to personally provide DPP solutions, as most other teachers handle their own DPPs. Unfortunately, he hasn’t addressed our concerns. This is terrible service from PW. Why are we even paying for this? If you check the comments on DPP solutions, you’ll see how bad the solutions are—especially for Physical Chemistry in Yakeen 3.0. The questions don’t align with the actual lectures, making it even harder for us to understand. Take some more money if needed, but include everything we need! Don’t provide half-baked or incomplete solutions and services. We’re paying for a complete and effective learning experience, and this is far from it.

Please help me with this issue, this app requires me to login every two days that it annoys me every time. And when I try to download the lecture it takes about nearly 8 hours to download a single lecture of 360p quality. This happens a lot in my iPad and frustrates me even more where i can only watch videos online and I am not able to download and listen them when I don't have internet access, I literally paid nearly 10 k for the gate preparation and this is the type of service I receive, this really made me frustrated and it's making my experience worse and it makes me feel regret to choose physics wallah platform to learn and prepare for the exam.
