It stole from me
I bought the weekly pro, where I only wanted I week, but then u forgot, and then the next week it took my money (not what I’m mad about it’s my mistake for not canceling) but it didn’t take my money once it took it 3 times, and I can’t find a place to complain but here 😡😡
Weekly generation limit
Pic+ has a weekly limit on AI content. Half a year ago it was ulimted pic editing. Now you have only 2000 points eventhough you pay for a week far more than pic+ super per week
cheat with the coins
Unfortunately they cheat with the coins you buy, sometimes they take 2 coins for a picture, that's why only 2 stars
Very limited
Takes away from the original too much and 50 of those points per action.
Takes money after unsubscribing
I unsubscribed but it’s still charging my card! It’s slowly taking money and it’s been a few months!
Complete money grab
$8 spent to realize i need to spend another $90. I knew these apps are scams but still did it anyway
Too expensive for how little you get
It’s fun and all, but spending that much to have a limit of 10 or less videos per week is a little nuts to me. I wish I didn’t sign up.
Needs work
I accidentally paid for the app. I made some videos. It does pretty good. I wanted to do some of the cool templates like the fire and lasers, but after many tries, it could never make it. I also tried the template with water falling and it said that goes against the policy or something. Dont make templates that you dont actually plan to make videos. I did a 5 sec video of girl jumping and it froze the first 3 seconds. Much work needs to be done. Some videos froze completely and never move even after a retry. It took my points and never made me a video. Just a 5 second of the picture i gave it. This is very frustrating and lame. And even though i paid, there is no support

Deleted and they are still trying to collect money!
