Pic Print – Easy Printing

It good to have options if it’s something that is wanted to add on but this app is shoving them down my throat. I can’t get my regular photos ordered in for all the pop ups Takes my attention away. It should be my choice to choose. I honestly believe I’m being pushed to buy something I don’t want.

It was, actually enjoyable and easy to order those photos. Sometimes I get on this cell phone and it seems impossible to get anything accomplished. Thank you

This app makes printing photos so quick and easy! I order from home and then they are ready when I go to the store. Like I said quick and easy. Along with great service

I am so grateful for this app. I love having family pictures and I don’t have time to go sit and pic what I want to print in a store and I love the privacy of only selecting what I want on my phone. This is convenient and easy saves so much time and the prints are beautiful! Love this app!!

There is no live customer service. I placed an order on April 17. They separated my order into three separate orders. These were pictures of my corgi that recently passed away. The whole process was emotional for me so they separated my 16 x 20 into a separate order my 4 x 6 is into a separate order and my wallet size into a separate order two of the orders went UPS. The other one went FedEx. Does somebody want to tell me how they had no problem and debited my Wells Fargo account but all three orders are missing. I have not received either orthat’s just wrong and the worst part about it is that there is no way to get a customer service. You have to email them which I’ve done twice with all my backup receipts and everything order numbers and still nobody has returned any of my emails so I guess I have to go through the whole process again with another company. I will never use this company ever again and I hope a lot of people don’t from reading my review because they took my money. How does a company lose all three orders orders.

I was trying to delete my order it didn’t let me not paying for all theses pictures

Has anyone else had this issue where you ordered 4x6 but the picture ended up printing in the middle of the paper with a large white border? Otherwise this app has been great but I’m not sure why it printed this way. The guy at Walmart said whatever app I used did this.
