Im Grunde genommen eine gute Sache. Die Fahrer wollen aber immer, dass du den Trip stornierst, so müssen sie keine Gebühr bezahlen und haben das ganze Geld für sich. Ebenfalls kommen sie immer zu spät. Nachdem ein Fahrer gebucht wurde, kann man ohne zu übertreiben gut eine Stunde warten obwohl zb. 11 min angeben. Auch wollen sie oft mehr Geld als bei Pickme angegeben ist. Gute Sache wenn man Zeit und Nerven hat, ansonsten besser nicht.

After you book a trip the drivers will call you and demand prices at least 5 times as show in the application. If you don't accept they wil cancel the trip. What a rip off.

With the last update the language as change to tamil automaticaly i cant modify it in english could you please help us give a trick?

Used this app many times and works well on short rides in Colombo. Other cities require you to wait longer for your taxi and prices for long journeys are under quoted and then much higher final price. I questioned a much higher price. There was no response (the enquiry was closed) and they kicked me out of the app so I could not use again. Sri Lankans are friendly but this app is not.

Drivers do not want to pick you up 90% of the time and if using for food delivery then not possible for cash order over 2500rupee and will not accept international bank cards. Let’s hope it improves with more tourism 🤞

Almost every single driver will accept the ride then ring you immediately and ask if you’ll cancel the ride and pay them cash and go directly instead of going through the app to avoid paying the commission. Then become irritable and cancel anyway when you refuse Something needs to be done to stop this. Not really sure how pick me is operating.

Book for 9:55 received message at 9:50 that it wasn’t available and nothing coming. Took an hour to arrange alternative waiting on side of road. Would not use again

I was literally in a hurry to the airport so i had to book a cab. It was showing me 3 minutes away for more than 20 minutes and i had to cancel it and rebook a cab. Will the customer be satisfied ? And is this app really worth for a person who is in hurry? Or shouldn’t we rely on this app if he really need a quick service?

1. I have not done part payments and payments have been done in full. Therefore, please get rid of the annoying messaging stating I have balance to pay. Also, I do not want to do card payments as tuk operators claim that there is faulty reception and therefore they are unable to process the payment. 2. App does not allow me to pick from my favorites (iOS) and is such a hassle. (Iphone) 3. Help and support is a joke. After typing when trying to submit, says “something went wrong. Try again” . Is this on purpose??
