Suddenly classic PicTapGo not working anymore. Downloaded new app. Reviews suggest I should be able to use classic functions without a subscription. Nope. Won’t let me do anything. I only use it to make white border on my photos, no interest in filters etc. Not cost effective for my purposes.
Thank you for letting classic (app) user access some features in this app, but I still wouldn’t get pay $27 a year (subscription) to do what a lot of apps offer at very low price. Yes, I agree no one can ever be happy, but I will enjoy my freedom to speak my mind for as long as it’s available lol.
I used to love this app. They got so greedy now you have to pay a lot for stuff you did before, and they made editing way harder to do. Massive disappointment. I’d be fine paying for new features, but not for previously included features. Think I’ll go back to my Lightroom presets.
As an artist, I find this app to be very helpful in generating new ideas and compositions!
I love this app when it works smoothly! However lately after I apply a filter and adjust it, often the app gets hung up and spins… spins… so I have to redo my work. Often = around every 6-8 photos. I am generally working with 150-200 photos in each batch. SO I UPDATED 7/12/24 And now it automatically saves a copy of every photo. How do I stop it from doing that?
I exclusively used this apps for all my photo editing for years and years and I still want to use it BUT all it ever does now is crash. I even used the version you had to pay for. I don’t know why it stopped working but I really wish they would fix it!

Until today I was able to go to my photos, tap edit, Pic Tap Go comes up, then I could edit my photo from there. Now when I do that, it never brings up my photo. I just paid 39.00 for the annual subscription and it’s not working. Not happy!
So you have now made it where a customer has to pay to be able to do extra adjustment to a photo. I purchased for the one week to see because the older version sometimes does not work. However this new version doesn’t work good. I have to reopen the app and get the pictures from there. I have been using this app for at least 4 years and this is a negative for me. You are trying to make more money but there are many bugs that need to be fixed.
