Not as good as the former version
The revamped app is not as intuitive and user-friendly as the one it replaced. The messaging service now obliges me to type in a transparent window that superimposes itself on top of earlier messages, making it confusing , if not impossible, to write clearly. The tracking of one’s medications is not as easily managed as before, so I use Apple’s health app instead. I am therefore disappointed and wish I had not been obliged to upgrade.

I have NEVER written a review before, but for this app I need to. Their service is AMAZING. I have never been with a pharmacy as good as pillway. I went as far as posting it on my Instagram to 1000+ followers because it’s THAT good. I have used it for almost a dozen perscriptions and Kurt will always contact me in the messenger, notifying me of my perscriptions. The perscriptions themeselves also come in the cutest bottle! 5/5 service and I hope it stays this way! This is legit a lifesaver for busy people.

Latest app update a flop
The latest app update (2022-12-28) doesn’t work… upon opening freezes at black screen “Pillway, your modern pharmacy” Go back to previous version and start over before introducing new changes.
Fast and easy
Love the same day delivery and easy communication through the app. Dispersing fee is $10.97 which is not bad.
Amazing app- never going back to a regular pharmacy!
I had such a good experience with Pillway! I got my prescription so quickly and for less money than I was spending at my old Pharmacy. I paired with Rocket Doctor to get the prescription and now I’m saving so much time and money I’ll never go back to the old ways!
Amazing Service
I wish I knew about this app sooner. Doctors and pharmacists are available very quickly. I downloaded Pillway on a Sunday night and by Monday morning (which was a holiday!), I had spoken to a doctor and received a prescription. My meds arrived the next day. There’s an autorenew option so that your meds are delivered automatically before you run out. It also didn’t cost me anything. This app is genius.
