Pink Taxi Beograd

Used this app last year. Worked alright. This year, it’s been updated so you have to use google, Facebook or cellphone number to login. If you don’t have/want to use a google account/Facebook, only option is cellphone. BUT!- no international numbers have been enabled to use the app now. Basically the app has become useless. Not much of an upgrade/improvement to the service, especially for out of town visitors.

Only two drivers in the city. Call one, he parks half a mile away. I get nearby and he cancels. Remove this trash app from the store.

Constantly getting this error. Restarted app rebooted phone. No updates to install. Makes it useless.

I don’t understand why this developer and company doesn’t improve their offerings and upgrade to the times. When I first came to Belgrade last year, it worked periodically. I was able to hail a taxi about 50% of the time. However, now the app is completely useless. Cars are never available at any time you try to find a driver, even though the vehicles are all over the city. This company obviously doesn’t care and doesn’t want to provide competitive options for users. Don’t download, you’ll be sorely disappointed.

Used it in November 2020. It was great. No longer works in Dec 2022. “No cars available” error.

Looks like there are no available cars by default regardless of your location and that never changes. I don’t understand why this app exists in the first place.

Recently I left a review on this app, as it wasn't possible to order a taxi in the airport and in general it was mostly unsuccessful to can the taxi using the app. However now, it is much much better! I was able to order taxi twice in the airport and the wait time was just 2-3 minutes! Also I notice that it seem more and more drivers use application when I need taxi in the city. Payment using credit card works all the time I so glad that Belgrade taxi service it's improving literally within last several weeks. Thank you Pink taxi for a great app and great service

The most reliable taxi in the town. Always on time and their driver are polite.

Whenever I called; there was no drivers! They deserve 0.5 stars on AppStore, and even that's too much. Pathetic.
