Invalid mobile number and password each time I try to login! Mobile number and password is correct please fix
Walk-In Queue
What’s the damn point of being able to issue walk-in queue when still have to go counter to check in? Waited for an hour then being told should jave gone to the counter. Might as well go counter straight. The app also only shows Q no. is accepted but never mention of going to the counter🙄🙄
Cant register as EP holder
Please fix this. Im trying to make an account but it keep asking me to put in a valid IC number even after ive keyed in my FIN number
Unable to sign up due to invalid postal code
Wanted to use the app to track my queue status but unable to sign up using the app due to postal code. The latest postal code is not updated in the app.
Rejected No Response
The clinic doesn’t bother to respond. Requested the queue number twice, both rejected as no response from the clinic.
Postal code cant be found
Postal code cant be found. Not suitable for new estate residents.
Where is the QR code for the respective clinic
