I have tried to watch your tutorials on pino quest but it is not connecting to my headset please tell what to do

My other review vanished
I love they app a ton I bought a year subscription and every problem along the way ended up patched after a week or two. It's an excellent service but maybe not the best out. Now since my year expired they added ads in app to use full body tracking, while I like the idea they need to explain what they are watching the ad for. I don't mean broadly because, yes it does what it says, however, watching ads only grants maybe 3-5 minutes of full body tracking but again Im not complaining about free full body it just isn't advertised as such. Not only that but the ads don't even properly work half the time and you end up having to close and reopen the app a few times and yes, watch the ads a few times for it to even work. I will likely be a happy customer and keep paying for the subscription but not until the free features are in a good state

So you are telling me I need to watch ads just to get fbt now for free that’s crazy shoulda saved my money but no decided to make it free for just ads at least give it a better feature for people who paid 😭
Trouble connecting
I have purchased the full body option to move my arms and legs better and when I go to turn my OSC on nothing happens and I can’t calibrate and I’ve tried everything to fix it and I don’t know what to do
Used to work good
So the problem I’m having with this app is that it used to run smooth and the motion with your avatar did not lag at all! But recently ever sense this new update it literally lags my avatar so bad! Like when I move in game it literally lags as I move, not that the game is lagging, literally just my avatar itself is like super laggy. Bc in the past it used to be really smooth when you moved. Something got to change or this app will fail! If there is a quick fix please let me know bc right now it not even fun using it bc how laggy it is.
Hip movement
I rate this a 4-5 it is a all time GREAT APP I suggested it to many people but I miss the hip movement I used to dance in VRChat and can no longer do so please bring it back

Charged twice and won’t give my money back
I like the app nun wrong with it it’s just I got charged twice after I already paid for my yearly subscription then Apple locks my account because I owed them I fixed my account finally I get charged again today that’s three times and it hasn’t been another year …….
i have a problem
this app is great! i got it a few months ago and had been using it a lot because of how well it works. by far i think this might be the best fbt mobile app i’ve used. recently now when i try to calibrate the trackers are far off of my body, i’ve tried many things but was wondering if i could have any suggestions to help?
complicated.
i bought the 6 month trial just for it not to work, how do i fix this? ive left, restarted, done everything and it wont work. pls tell me if not i need my money back.
