This is a simple, elegant, and very useful app. If I identify a source of anxiety before going to bed and put it in the app… poof! Gone! Most of the time I sleep more soundly. Like melatonin for the mind.

I love it. The first time I used it I got a little unstressed . I always cry at night because I hate myself, how I look and I don’t want the people I love die. And stuff like that. I get depressed. this app is amazing and calms me down but you get the same message every time and it gets repetitive, therefore, less effective. also i get ads about some body fat stuff or whatever and wish that could come to an end as it also ruins the experience. otherwise, great app! id rate it 5 if these issues could be fixed
