Unfortunately, I did not see any of these reviews until AFTER purchasing this camera, having the exact same problem; unable to connect device to wifi. I have tried both airplane mode and going back and forth to wifi yet i still cannot control camera from phone as suggested remote access. This is a definite return. I had no idea before i purchased it would be this difficult. Do nerve racking!

This is quite possibly the worst app ever. It never connects to the cameras even when I am connected to it correctly. There also no help for it. The dev team for this should be ashamed of themselves for putting this garbage out.

There are so many bad reviews but this app makes it easy to put my photos from my camera directly on to my camera roll on my phone. Just make sure you connect through WiFi in your settings. Use the password on the camera when connecting.

First i was looking on the reviews and I got on chatgpt and was talking about how i am not contacting and it said to “turn your mobile data off” i connected to the camera on and got on the app and waited and the camera told my phone version that its connected to it and i saw the pictures and video i took! so it does work but you have to take your mobile data off and be connected to the cam and be on the app.

I’ve had this app on my Android phone and it work better then it does on my Apple iPhone. This app wouldn’t let me use it at all in my Apple phone, it told me that the WiFi connection is lost to your camera. I had it connected to the camera but the app said it wasn’t connected. This app needs some improvement but I think it is still worth saving. Don’t Give up on this app it has potential. 😁😁

Tried it with several different phones which was ios and it didn’t work. This needs to be fixed. Works well on android though

I just got a new camera. I’m going all the right steps, but it won’t even connect to my phone. At all.

This app doesn’t work!!!!!!

I had this app on my last phone. Worked perfectly fine. Was a little slow but it connected. I download the app on my new phone and it won't connect. My camera says it's connect but the app says it isn't. And even my wifi settings can't decide. Please fix it.

It will connect to other phones, but it will not connect to some. I can’t get it to work on my phone but I can get it to work on my mothers. Like the actual app refuses to connect to my camera which is ticking me off but whatever.
