The offers are fake !!!!

I went in only to receive an amazing offer about a free large pizza if you download the app and spend £10.I did as asked but did not receive the offer.They also had a poster outside showing the offer.

Unusable.

App is genuinely unusable. 50% off pizzas voucher doesn’t apply, neither does the one you emailed to me. Go back to the old app.

New app takes the piss out of customers

New app takes away the ability to apply pizza slices to any other order combination using “deals” this makes redeeming the pizza slices less value than ordering a “deal” making the pizza slice loyalty scheme redundant and useless. Even if you choose to use it solo there is then still a minimum spend. Then deals are no longer automatically applied, making ordering a real chore. The app was perfect before, the new app is garbage and does nothing but improve pizza huts profits but will drive me directly to a competitor.

Wrong Wrong

Charging people +2 for pizza recipe and +3 with side that already on deal, it’s very wrong. I already contacted the team, that said they will never do that, but it’s going on. You guys become very very cash cow.

Terrible

I haven’t been able to order off the app for over 2 months!! Tried deleting, signing out and making a new account. Absolutely nothing works, the payment just fails no matter how I pay. I have to order online which is nowhere near as easy and in the end I just go somewhere else.

Not working on iPhone 14 properly.

New app not showing pizzas can’t make an order!!

Does not login

Open app enter email address, sends login link to your email address that opens web browser to login there. Goes around in circles repeating this so cannot actually use the app. Use browser option instead and then tells you does not recognise the postcode. Give up and go elsewhere.

Wanted to order Pizza Hut and saw the 2.99 delivery charge, ordered dominoes instead

Failed payment

The app doesnt go through with payments at all i tried using different cards and removing and reinstalling the app and it doesnt work

Can’t order

Every time I try to place an order it takes the money and immediately refunds it, then the app says unable to place order. Tried on multiple cards with more than sufficient funds on all. Been like this for weeks
