Whoever developed this app should be fired . Very frustrating to use

Placed an order on the app and none of the staff in the restaurant knew an order was placed. It has been 2hrs plus since I ordered and paid on the app and I still haven’t gotten my pizza. They keep saying they’re yet to confirm the order. Why have an app when you can’t sync it with your services??? I’m so disappointed and it’s very annoying because it happens every damn time! Their phone numbers never go through but they keep sending me ads with the number.

This app for heaven sake is a mess….poor app design and it malfunction at every time u try to login in it It’s high time the company redesign and improve the app for smooth running of the organization Better cook at home while waiting for the app and it’s poor response from the contact line

Had a pizza craving, 2 hours in, still can’t order, customer service, not helpful, guess what, craving gone! Thanks for Nothing!
