App account should be accessible via online shop so the virtual card and points can be viewed even outside the app since it's not working often.

The app is inaccessible most of the time. Can’t view points, transaction history. Sometimes, even the card won’t appear.

I tried retrieving my password. I had to wait for a several hours for the email. When it finally came, the link it gave directed me to the same login page. I hit again the forget my password option and the same thing happened. The next day, I received an email with the new login details. It's a good thing I had my eyes on the shirt or else you must have lost a loyal customer. Another issue was that I ordered as a guest and used a different email address, up to this date I haven't received an email yet. When I tried tracking my order, your site asked me for an order reference with an example that made it worse. I keyed in the order ID that I was given, but it didn't work. I hope the app and web developers take the time to reimagine their work.
