Plankstar is an iPhone app that records various types of plank exercises.
◉ Plank timer with various methods
• Goal Time: You can do a goal time plank.
• Max Time: Measure plank time without time limit.
• Sets: You can create a routine with a set time and rest time for each set.
• Advanced set settings: You can create more detailed routines by setting the time and rest time for each set.
◉ Voice guidance and sound effects
• Voice Guidance: You can hear preparations, workouts, completions, and more by voice.
• Sound Effects: You can change the clock sound.
◉ Automatic workout recording
• Automatically records workout date, duration, maximum set time, time per set, rest time, all-time high time, calories, and more.
◉ Workout Calendar
• You can check the exercise day on the calendar.
◉ Statistics
• You can view statistics such as daily, monthly and yearly workouts, time, and calories burned.
• You can easily check the exercise time for each period in a graph.
• You can view the exercise list and details for each period.
◉ Challenge
• You can create your own goal time to challenge yourself and manage your workout records.
◉ Save on Apple Health
• Record your workout results in Apple Health, read your profile information from Apple Health and use it to calculate calories.
◉ Share
• You can share your workout history as an image on social media or messenger on the workout completion screen and workout details screen.
◉ Dark Mode
• Reduces battery consumption and reduces glare.
◉ Support
• If you have any questions or suggestions, please send them through Settings > App Information > Inquiries and Suggestions in the app and we will do our best to answer them.

• Remove ads and use premium features through in-app purchases.
