Bad identifier of plants, 2/10 matches for my plants even with the good photos

I want my money back, please!

I downloaded the app and haven’t used and removed it. But anyway money was taken yesterday and it was a huge amount like almost $100. I haven’t used the app properly even once. And trying now to get my money back since really need it and it wasn’t conscious purchase. I still don’t understand how that happened

App is not free

For free you can scan like one plant and have a free 3 day trial, after that most functions will be available via subscription which is enormously expensive and not worth it all Really damn disappointed

Best identification app ever

It is literally one of the best identification apps I’ve ever used! When you talk to AI it says you can talk to it about anything with plants and ask questions about anything with plants, but you can also have conversation conversations with it and you can give it feedback! I love this app and I hope you have fun with it!❤️

Couldnt ID poison ivy

I remembered the "leaves of 3 let it be" so I downloaded this app to verify before I started ripping some unwanted plants out of my yard. The app said they were ash and box elder. I got poison ivy anyway. Don't rely on it!
