Super klantonvriendelijk en onduidelijk. Je wordt gelokt met : gratis maar is leugen ! Wou 2 dagen op proef, maar dat verviel meteen toen ik de app sloot en zij met een 50% kortingsdeal kwamen ( ipv. 12,99 naar 8,99 = zeker niet de helft ook!) Misleid door het ‘gratis’ 2 dagen heb ik toch op oké geklikt. Kreeg ( zonder app nog te hebben kunnen uitproberen!) meteen melding dat ik niet meer onder dit ‘contract’ uitkom, en werd direct ( zonder 2 dagen proefperiode !) €8,99 afgeschreven! What?! Boos het bos in een paar foto’s gemaakt waar de app niet eens de juiste benaming bij wist, of 100+ vergelijkingen ophoest, of ik die maar even wil gaan controleren of er een match is, voordat je snap bij die 10000000 andere snaps in hun database mag. Wat?! Geen zin in en geen tijd voor zulke onzin! Ze beloven veel, geven je niks dan ergernis, en belazerd gevoel, en extra werk om bij Apple proberen die koop ongedaan te kunnen krijgen, weg bij die graaiers, pff

App hasn’t worked since installed
App has not worked for me once since installed. No idea how to get assistance- ‘contact us’ feature seems to lead. Nowhere. And have paid a month’s subscription. Admit I am not the most technically minded - but all my other Apps just work!

Tried free version for 7 days and was great Purchased it - now it won’t do anything!!! 2 pics a day!!! Come on that’s what your paying for They fail to upload!!! Won’t work without WiFi!!!! Hello your out in the wilds !!!!! Can’t seam to get my money back either hmmmm🤔
Unusable App
I’ve must paid for this. The app doesn’t work, it keeps ‘loading’ but nothing happens. I cannot access my account to cancel. There seems to be no account in fact. Going to now laboriously try and find a way to get in touch with the app developers. Very disappointing. Do not use this App!
Terrible product and non existent Support
Accidentally purchased this product, I was billed, tried to get a refund (no response) and subsequent attempts to get application to even start (i figured as i had paid for it i might as well try it out) have failed. All in all i couldnt award 0 stars but feel even 1star is too generous.
