Plant Viewer for Mobile

We changed internet network and now the wifi is not connected to the app. There is nowhere to get information on how to update this. Looking for help please

Works ok when logged in. Signing up was difficult and not straight forward. Couldn’t add my device through the app, had to sign up and add device online first, then the app finally worked. App needs an overhaul.

Extremely poor app. Waste of time, doesn’t record data despite the wifi saying it is connected.

You have to login every time to use the app, then when you do log in there is f@£k all data there. It used to work then you did your dog s&@t update and now it doesn’t work. No point in downloading because you can’t see anything.

Since this new update 6 days ago I can no longer log into my app to see my usage and production so now this app is totally useless to me

This app is really outdated need to update

ABB, this app has so many bugs and doesn’t work probably. Customer support in Sydney/Australia is poor and lacks product knowledge. I have one ABB and two SMA inverters. SMA software and hardwares, no issues at all after 7years of usage. ABB stuff, 3rd inverter replaced under warranty, wifi data logger doesn’t work probably, iOS app is rubbish.

Can not connect the inverter to the app even though I tried different times!!! Any suggestions?!?!

Extremely lazy and basic design. Not made with the user in mind. Not enough analytics around solar generation only shows me usage and I don’t even get the extra info on the cell temp just usages and power been generated for the day. It’s so basic and as an app not appealing at all. The set up to even use it was cumbersome and annoying. And the instructions weren’t even clear so I still had to wing it. Really disappointed in the UX compared to power shop. Look into it.

Very basic app that has no feedback or contact ability to report issues. It doesn’t always load and doesn’t show much information. If I can I will find another app to monitor my activities.
