Doesn’t accept any credit cards? How is that even possible? Hasn’t worked for weeks and not sure how it hasn’t been fixed

This annoying message keeps popping up when I try to order takeout from my local Planta in Marina del Rey. It's been happening all week. Support hasn't responded so it seems like they just don't went me as a customer.

I’ve been having issues with this app since the very beginning. I wrote into support and what they told me to do didn’t help. I should have hundreds of points by now and I don’t. It’s absolutely wild.

This app doesn’t work. It just loads forever when opened

The bang bang broccoli was satisfying and delicious, it’s not cheap, but it’s worth it to treat yourself once in a while. The restaurant itself is beautiful and you can see the marina from the windows and you can sit outside next to the boats in the sunshine.

I uploaded my card information to this app so that I could get the $10 off reward it promised. Once I got to checkout it said “No open fixed discount could be found for this location.” Had I known this discount applied to specific locations I wouldn’t have bothered loading my card information. Just terrible!

There’s no way to sign in if you already have an account. I attempted to use my information when it prompted and it said “Account already created with information” However, that’s the only thing that pops up. No “Sign in” box
