Never downloaded they will steal your money without knowing every week. Shame on them

Cancelled MULTIPLE times

I’ve cancelled this subscription multiple times and they keep charging me! My subscription has stated “inactive”’for months and I keep getting charged. I tried to use it once and it was useless and now I can’t get rid of it.

Meh, needs to know common names

I was sent a money tree when I moved to a new home. It would not recognize the picture from any angle and since I did not know the technical name for it, I could not find this plant anywhere within the app.

Identifies nothing

Couldn’t even identify a simple money plant.

This app which I paid for, is very bad at getting the plant right. It is not accurate

A nice addition - plant App

I just started wanting to plant, so this app, even though costly, helps me to learn about my flowers or plants and how to keep them healthy.

Don’t download this app

It is a misleading app, they tell you that you can cancel it at any time, but when you start canceling it, it does not allow you to do so. They lie to you to charge you after the 3 days free trial

Don’t waste your money

Identifies plants wrong and the only diagnosis I’ve ever gotten is a watering issue (but it doesn’t specify if it’s too much or too little water!)

Poor customer service

I got this when it was Carl. They changed the name, and it seems, got rid of customer service. Auto generated responses leading to dead links

Toxic to who?

I wish the app would tell me specifically who the plant is toxic to. Is it people, cats, dogs, rabbits, ferrits, hedgehogs, bearded dragons, sugar gliders, etc. This would greatly help pet parents make good plant choices. I would purchase the app or that because I love plants, but also have pets.
