Cuidado de Plantas - Plantyx

Me siento estafada necesito una devolución de mis 132 soles porque NO QUERÍA UN PLAN ANUAL y solito se hizo !

39.90 soles semanales es un exceso para esta clase de app.

Les van a cobrar mucho dinero por nada! Buenas noches lo saluda Jose Alonso Enciso un usuario que por error mantiene una suscripción premium por semana con la aplicación gratuita Plantyx , el 21 de mayo del 2020 me apareció como publicidad en instagram esta aplicación, al haber llamado mi atención me llegue a descargar la aplicación gratuita Plantyx. Ese mismo día al momento tener la aplicación descargada en mi Iphone,mi sobrino pequeño que tenía mi celular en ese momento empezó a usar la aplicación, al parecer por error se suscribió, ya que solo te daba la opcion de darle continuar al mensaje(al parecer ese fue el engaño que dicha aplicación tenia para hacer pagar a los usuarios SI O SI), luego después de meses siendo exacto el dia de hoy 19 de julio de 2020 me doy con la sorpresa que la aplicación me había estado cobrando semanalmente el monto de 39.90 soles = (10.97 dólares americanos) en total el monto sumado por estos meses es de 169 soles = (50.83 dólares americanos), esa suscripción no fue bajo mi consentimiento ya que fue producto de la poca claridad y engaño que tenia esa aplicación, la aplicación solo lo tuve instalado en mi celular por 2 dias, luego de ver que no me servía pase a borrarla sin darme cuenta que estaba suscrito, espero su pronta respuesta, y pido un reembolso urgente ya que se debe a un error y me incomoda bastante lo ocurrido, de lo contrario me comunicare con el soporte de Apple para informar sobre este problema,Gracias!

No deja ni revisarla de frente cobra. No puedes ver si es bueno el servicio antes de adquirirlo

Took pictures of 5 plants to check on what I might be doing right or wrong. One plant I too the picture for the APP named it (incorrectly) but didn’t even have a picture for it. I took a few different pics at diff angles, same result each time and still no image to prove them accurate. Another plant that has 1/2” wide long leaves the app kept showing a plant that had 2”+ wide leaves that was a solid green color. WRONG AGAIN. A 3rd & 4th plant the same results. Only one it did get right it offered zero useful info for me. APP is a waste of time. I also wonder if the “free trial” period on this “weekly subscriptions”, which are expensive for a plant app, purposefully give you less accurate info that is less than their lower subscription level. Deleted on the 6th plant. Zero good info

DO NOT OPEN APP. it will charge you and not let you cancel. I wanted to try this app to help me with my plants but it doesn’t allow me to put in the name of the plants if I already have them and it really didn’t help me with the problems I was having with a few of my plants. I had the trial period and wanted to cancel but it automatically pulled me for a year. I do not like this app and would like my money back to hopefully find one that can help.

I downloaded this app back in January 2024 to care for a money tree plant that was gifted to me. I knew nothing about plant care but this app really allowed me to care for it. My plants growth was astonishing. I was gifted a snake plant in June and that has since reproduced and grown as well. I recently purchased a second money tree but I noticed that you cannot add multiple plants of the same type into your garden. This would definitely be a great addition for people who have multiple plants of the same type but it two different stages of growth. Although my snake plant has since reproduced, I have not yet separated them so I did not realize you cannot add multiple not add multiple plants of the same species into your garden. This feature should be added unless I’m just missing something.

Impossible to cancel

Identified my plants in seconds and now I know how to care for them. Highly recommend! 👍

Also love the little tips the assistant gives. Saved my succulents from dying more than once 😅 If you love plants, this is the app you need!
