The translate function is not stable

The app should allow recording and transcription without the PLAUD Note hardware. Also live transcription (like Otter) would also be useful

They not only acknowledged the problem but also offered a clear solution. **Membership Restoration:** The issue with the 'Restore Membership' function was particularly troubling, as it rendered my 2-year membership inaccessible. The Plaud support team diligently worked on my case and successfully restored my membership status. I can now enjoy the full benefits of the service without any further hindrances. **App Functionality:** The bug that caused the automatic logout and subsequent loss of membership access has been addressed. Since the fix, I've had a seamless experience with the app, with no unexpected logouts. The transcription and summary features powered by ChatGPT are back to functioning as impressively as they did initially. **Overall Experience:** The swift and effective response from the Plaud customer support team has restored my confidence in their service. It's clear that they value user feedback and are committed to improving their product and customer experience. While my journey with the Plaud Note app started on rocky ground, the recent developments compel me to update my review to a more favorable rating. The team's dedication to resolving my issues and ensuring that the app performs as advertised is worthy of recognition. I now look forward to continuing to use Plaud Note in my professional endeavors.

Call recording is unclear and too low. Most of time can not even hear clearly

It would be good if it can record through hand free device and Zoom/Teams call

Good when it works but suffers with Server Errors which is unreliable to be used professionally but as a gadget is OK. Recorded meetings are not able to be processed due to Server failures with no resolution so far….

The Plaud device has become a part of my daily routine. I take it to all my meetings to serve as my note taking assistant. I used to write pages and pages of notes. Now I let Plaud do the work and it doesn’t skip a beat! It creates better notes than I could have ever taken on my own. Plaud captures the entire meeting, sorts into an amazing layout, and fills the gaps of any missing info using AI technology. I can’t live without my Plaud! Highly recommend it if you have lots of meetings and lots of notes to take.
