This is they worst app ever. Not that it matters cause folks are forced to use it who are in their clubs.

This app has constant problems. It logs me out every time I go into it and says my credentials are wrong which work perfectly fine when I go log in on the website. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. It’s extremely frustrating.

How in this day and age an application is unable to support the most basic services like “Chat” shows the utter lack of interest from 3-Step Sport to invest in all of the acquisitions/questionable monopolization. All this app actually does is create a payment portal for Parents and gives you “Push” information from the Club. Yet, it is the mandated communication app for all its Club Teams. So, if you’re reading this review…doesn’t really matter. You are being forced by your Club to application anyway.

Emailed support several times - nothing. Can’t make it easy to add a parent to a child. That’s the core of the app - and you can’t find out how to do that basic task anywhere on their site, FAQs, etc … Flakey / irrational updates of schedules to the app. Had 2 fellow parents - on the same team - side by side looking at a schedule - and it showed different schedules! Needs a deep QA and User Experience makeover!

Just horrible. I was logged out and when I reset my password my son was no longer on my account. I don’t get messages from the team and I couldn’t register him for the next season. Support told me just to use someone else’s account to do it. This app is horrible..

It won’t load to my calendar! Super annoying

It uses the same username and password as the old app? I don’t have the old app anymore. Now what?

Never loads correctly. Makes u log out and log back in. Our team used to use team snap and i wish we still had it

I love new tech, but only if it's better than the old tech. Teamsnap is so much easier to use and my favorite feature, running the game clock and updating the score, doesn't exisit in Playerfirst. I was logged out of PF and the password reset didn't work. It only gave me the option to create a new account. I did and now can't find my kid's profile or team.
