Bueno almenos he estado distraido de Zaragoza a Lerida pensado que no funcionava bien por mi culpa… pero ahora me doy cuenta que no va, ni fue, y seguramente ni ira!

PlayRenfe is the Wi-Fi connectivity and entertainment platform available on your Renfe journey and in Cercanías suburban rail stations. You can go online with your devices and make the most of your travelling time by working or enjoying films, live football matches, your favourite series and much, much more.
The service is marked with the PlayRenfe icon next to the train access door on all coaches.
This service is available throughout the journey. To enjoy it, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to your device’s settings and select the PlayRenfe Wi-Fi network that you’ll find on the train.
2. Identify yourself. Choose one of these three ways of logging in:
- Your ticket number (you can scan the QR code on your ticket).
- Your Más Renfe card number; enter the ID card or passport number with which you’re registered with Más Renfe as the password.
- With a promotional code.
With our App you’ll be able to enjoy and access all the contents: film releases, live football, with all the league matches and international competitions, the most popular series, children’s TV, programmes, documentaries, games, books, magazines, music and many other services.
Recommended version of the PlayRenfe App: iOS 13.0 or higher (compatible with earlier versions, for which some features may not be available). NOTE: iOS version 15.0 is currently not fully supported.

No va, solo la quieren para coger tus datos
Decadencia española
Julio de 2024, atrás quedaron los años de vigoroso orgullo al pensar en el AVE. La app sigue presentando innumerables problemas en las contadas ocasiones en las que se puede usar sin que se quede “pensando”. De absoluta vergüenza.
Worst train app ever
You travel in France, Italy, Portugal, and all ok. This one from Renfe is a nightmare, and they publish it along Movistar. Incredibly lack of attention to service.

Es lamentable que con los que cuesta un billete de AVE, NO HAYA NUNCA FORMA DE CONECTARSE A SU RED WIFI.SIEMPRE SALE EL ERROR GENERAL DE APLICACION
No funciona, que esperabas?
Impossible ver una peli, una plataforma que te hace perder el tiempo, no sirve para nada, muy bien por Renfe y Movistar, es pésimo!
Imposible conectarse
Pesisima app,el wifi no carga ni un simple mensaje y la aplicación como no te la descargues no puedes hacer nada,que te recomiendo no descargártela ya que se corta a cada rato y no puedes ver una simple película sin que se te corte a cada segundo.
No funciona
Vergonzoso que después de conseguir “instalarla” no se pueda utilizar. No permite conectarse a internet y encima tardas un buen rato en completar el proceso. Vergonzoso.
Fatal
Que se puede pedir de algo publico?, no funciona absolutamente nada. Cuatro viajes desde Madrid a Valencia, Sevilla, Caceres y Barcelona. Solo funciona a una ciudad, asi nos va. Ascazo.
