• All Access Monthly & Yearly subscription auto-renews at the end of each term, unless cancelled 24-hours in advance.
While subscribed, users will be able to access pro level animation, Custom Sharing, and Remove Watermark.
Apple will ask you to confirm your acceptance of the App Store subscription terms and request permission to provide your information to Plotaverse. The subscription fee is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Приложение не работает: база футажей недоступна.

Пожалуйста верните деньги

Приложение не работает! В большинстве меню просто темный экран, нет возможности пользоваться Plota FX и другими функциями. Хотел оформить пробную подписку, по итогу с телефона списали деньги за годовую. Верните пожалуйста деньги.

купил приложение, но теперь требуют купить снова!

Купил приложение, а теперь его сделали платным. Это хамство - менять условия оплаты для тех кто купил его раньше без подписки.

Отменили оплаченный PRO

В 2017 покупала приложение за 379 с полным доступом — сейчас отменили PRO доступ, интересно на каком основании? Снова предлагают оформить подписку?! А за что я платила тогда?

Тоже покупал подписку, все было доступно и бессрочно, теперь подписка на месяц или год и снова плати, причем в разы больше. Верните деньги за первую подписку! Ибо это по сути кидок, вы просто так взяли деньги.

После обновления слетела подписка

Купила это приложение навсегда, после обновления подписка не восстанавливается!

Я не пользуюсь приложением, и мне оно не интересно. деньги хотят списать автоматически. сейчас на моей карте нет денег, 0 долларов. Прошу отменить запрос на списание денежных средств.
