Completely pointless & troublesome. I seldom work at Csuites at PLQ, despite it being a nice office, simply due to not wanting to deal with this wretched app.

Hassle. There is always issues with the app. Would rather have a physical card instead. Honestly waste of space. Cant even activate the visitor pass most of the time. ZERO STAR!

Very poorly thought out, lacking end user experience.

trying to be moder. yet so backward at the same time. in this day and age, everyone is changing/upgrading their phones quite often. but the management of plq mall who approved of this app believed that tagging every account to a device is the smart way to go. so everytime you change a phone, you have to pay a fee to retag your access card. how stupid and ridiculous.

App comes with notification ad “deals”

- need to pay for replacement fee whenever re-install the app (including factory reset ; regardless change phone or not) - need to then on bluetooth and wifi(or data) just to access A fail app trying to implement high tech but actually much worse than usual access card system. Or maybe can be improved by tagging to registered ID instead of physical phone.

If you are a tenant of the building, they expect you to use your phone forever. Apparently, every time you reinstall the app, you have to pay for the token again. This is absolutely thoughtless. In the day and age where people change their phones as often as their wardrobe, this does not make any sense. To top it off, they iOS 13 support was unthought of during the release. I do not know what are they really trying to achieve. There are more negative factor to using a regular card vs this app. I hope they have some thoughtful process in developing the app further.

1) Scan at lobby does not always work. 2) why should i need to turn on my Bluetooth to access the building? 3) why make access to the building so troublesome? A simple pass should suffice

I’m here for meetings, had to download an app and join the line for registration. If the intent is security, don’t see how this is more secure. If it’s to improve productivity at the front desk, it doesn’t help since I still have to queue and get the front desk to send something to my phone via Bluetooth to activate the app. Also, apparently I’m not supposed to delete the app if I want to come back in future. Deters me from wanting to have meetings here.
