Not good deal

This is my second purchase from Plug. My first purchase was an Apple iPad. It was in great condition. I have had zero issues with it. This purchase I just got an Apple Watch and a few chargers. But I love Plug and all the products and their warranty.

I bought a iPhone 13 mini with 256 of storage two days ago and december 28 at 6:20pm i got my phone delivered and the phone wasnt for me i had bought it for my mom but when i come home from Work and open the box so i can autorice my mom and nothing NOTHING was in there i only got a phone case and a charger like what is my mom supposed to do with that im not trying to make this a big deal

Very good company I accidentally ordered the wrong charger for my phone I emailed them to ask about the return/exchange policy they emailed me back giving me a gift card and saying I don’t have to return it. I will for sure be buying from them again!!!

I’m very happy with the multiple purchases that I’ve made. They all work and I’ve had no issues!!

When I got the phone it was at less than 80% battery life and it often disconnected randomly from the internet. Tired to get it fixed but they just said you’re SIL. Do not buy from here! It’s been a little over a year since I got the phone and now it’s giving me problems. I bought an iPhone 11 and I for some reason can’t put my Google maps or my Amazon app in a folder without the app completely disappearing unless I tap it. It makes it difficult to find my apps. In addition to this, the phone takes FOREVER to load. Not videos but say I swipe right a little too fast between apps. Now I’m stuck waiting 10-15 seconds for the screen to load. This place is not worth it. I’m back having to look for a new phone less than two years from buying it.
