Want a Apple Watch app
This is a great app. Need Apple watch compatibility
My 3rd replacement
I have had my Pro Chiller replaced 3 x and still having issues with it. There is defects in the technology and is very temperamental
Erased months of data
I am constantly getting logged out of the app and having to log back in. The last time this happened all my data was erased. Love the cold plunge, not a fan of the app
Lacks automation
I think the app is OK. It could be way better given today’s technology like when you start a session it doesn’t automatically record the temperature of what’s current. You have to actually type it in, which doesn’t make any sense if it automatically displays it on your phone and on the tub they should be able to Update on your phone. Also no audible alarms for the timer just vibration.
Love this
Use it everyday since I got the All in! I like how the whole system works. Keeps track and keeps me doing even when I don’t want to. Good stuff.
Hot Tub Sessions not possible
Well, it’s free to use now. It would have been nice to allow Jacuzzi sessions
Poor Support
I noticed after my fifth use of the tub, it was leaking on the floor. The last time I used the tub was on 8/14. The lack of support has been disheartening. It has been three months of no communication and I’m still without the tub. At this point I’m asking for a refund and being told no. Can I at least get it fixed?? The product was great when it worked. However, I wouldn’t purchase based on the support.
App crashes a lot
Its a decent app but I've been using it for a little over a year and several times it has crashed and I'll lose a few days of data that you cannot put back in. So if you have a streak going , it erases it and you cannot manually re enter it. They haven't really updated it in the year I've used it other than in the past if you closed the timer screen the timer stopped and now you can close it and timer keeps running.
