PlusMinus - Smart Home

My bulb is going nuts, keeps turning on at 2am. Blinking, flashing, fading. Cannot get it to stop it’s been days. The app won’t let me select help. I have tried deleting the bulb from the app and restarting/reinstalling it and nothing is working.

i’ve had these lights for like ten years. they’re solid, and so is the app. with the new ios 18 update, my widget for plus minus was deleted. PLEASE bring back WIDGETS. having the on/off button on your home/lock screen is a different feeling of convenience.

Kinda clunky but Please guys, make some Rooms widgets for iphone... It would be soooo much easier to use

I have an iPhone 15 pro max. My decide is up to date and the app is up to date. Every time I open this app it just freezes. I’ve uninstalled and installed this app multiple times. Frustrating bc I need to connect to my new WiFi.

It seems with iOS 18 that whenever I try to open the customization menu to change the color of the present light, the app entirely closes. I’ve tried restarting my phone, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the same issue occurs. I don’t know what may be causing this, but I’m bummed that I’m stuck with the off white color that the LED’s default to because I can’t get into the customization menu without the app crashing

I purchased my bulbs roughly 3 years ago. It's a little tricky at first to pair them successfully, but I managed it and got it working with my phone. Loved the Siri/shortcut integration so I didn't need to open the app every time, and I could press an icon from my Home Screen to turn the light on/off. HOWEVER, it stopped working with Siri and shortcuts in the past few months. "Something went wrong. PlusMinus says, 'Failure.'" This app doesn't get updates often so I can see it being an issue with newer iOS. Wish this is patched soon, or I will look for newer bulbs with better support.

I have 7 of these smart lights and 6/7 have stopped connecting

Been a customer for the past 4-5 years moved several times and reconnected my lights everytime. I recently moved into a new place and connected 2 bulbs as soon as i got here just fine. I went to connect other SIX bulbs i have and not one of them will connect in AP mode due to my iPhone trying to get internet from it and not realizing that it is a device anymore.

this app is terrible connecting is a headache and fails it was bad on and off for a couple years but now just doesn't work completely
